Responded to last week’s disappointing draw with a solid win but we are not convinced. Took them 51 minutes to lodge the first with many squandered opportunities. Omar Khirbin – the player who yet again stood out.

This is a team that we think is — or should be — leading the table, but there’s no denying something’s not quite right with the defence as well as offence. Nasr are getting more of the ball but having big trouble turning that into high percentage chances.

Next SPL match: Away at Al Ahli (17/2)

Another solid start to a game with barrage of shots on goal of which they converted two, but some reason to worry defensively over the final 30 minutes, and also some questions still linger about how Akaichi and Kahraba fit when together.

Al Qadasiyah have shown a bit of mastery at earning points against top teams. And now that they have Elton, there is a sense of rejuvenation bringing the club back to its solid self. Has us all shocked just like the scorcher from Naif Hazazi for the fourth goal.

Perhaps came into this game with a sense of entitlement, but soon realised that it wasn’t the case. Weren’t as dangerous as they could have been and got punished for the one time they took a nap. So it goes.

Huge jump for the men in red & black. Not one but two people fell for that classic Bangoura fake. on that first goal. One of the goals of the season contender for sure. But should have closed the game way earlier in the game.

Mohamed Benyettou – how many chances does he need before he can convert one? Actually, we can apply that to the entire offensive line-up that had a clear cut shot at goal. Dropping points, like they don’t care anymore.

Lost the momentum from last week, however showed some brilliance on taking down the solid defence on that goal. Just a few step-overs and all fall down. At this point, its all about making sure they show their credentials to represent KSA in the Asian Champions League.

Tailored through to the finish but shouldn’t had to. Had shots at goal but like their compatriots across the league, failed to convert. We will figure out a conversion percentage soon.

Textbook goal directly from the training ground. However, lacked discipline in the back which cost them the two points. How about the ability to of Ali Lajami on chucking the ball in Rory Delap style from a throw-in.

To drop points because of lax defending in ET of the 90th minute…. HURTS.

Their defence was so out of shape. Barely had a shot at goal but scored with the one that they had. But what’s concerning is that Al Raed were breaking that makeshift/weak offside trap at will.

Have not registered a win against the big four this season so why would this game against Al Hilal be any different? Al Faisaly have not been able to find any answers, and time is slowly running out.

The only difference between them and Al Nassr was that their opponents had people who could finish the game. Multiple missed opportunities defines the depth of the squad. Top performance from GK Abdullah Al Araaf, though. Bravo kid.
