Continued to show some pretty neat ideas in the attack and are playing beautiful soccer than they’re given credit for. They are just having trouble maintaining any consistency with their finishing. Who would have thought they, along with Al Ittihad, are the two clubs that has not yet lost a game after four rounds. |

Upset of the round. Al Khaleej are kicking hard to try to stay afloat and with performances and eventual win against top teams like Al Nassr, that is most likely to happen. Hard to believe that this team had ever lifted an SPL trophy in their lifetime. That third goal should not have been if it wasn’t for the wayward decision of GK Abdullah Al Oaisher. We are quite not sure what he was thinking there. But one thing is certain, Sá Pinto will be working on the communication between his defenders and the GK. |
