AFC Champions League

For anyone who is following the progress of UAE teams in the Asian scene, this week’s fixtures should be quite entertaining.

We have both Dubai based teams trying to redeem themselves at home after disappointing performances, this past weekend, at the domestic level. Al Shabab hosts Pakhtakor of Uzbekistan on Tuesday with the Emirati side depending on the experience of their Uzbeki national – Azizbek Haydarov’s to come in handy.

Secondly, we have Sven Goran’s Eriksson and Walter Zenga’s organized men featuring an attack force featuring Japanese Morimoto and Italian Mascara taking on Al Ahli of KSA, this too at home. The other UAE based game includes Al Jazira playing Al Shabab of KSA, at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain with an away fixture at Esteghlal, Iran.

To enrich your excitement, we are giving away a few tickets to both the games, courtesy of the kind hearted people at Panasonic UAE. These guys are well known for their high quality products but it feels good to see this side of Panasonic show up occasionally.

So its simple. We have got the following number of tickets:

Al Shabab V/s Pakhtakor (VIP) – 1

Al Shabab V/s Pakhtakor (AED 50) – 3

Al Nasr V/s Al Ahli (AED 50) – 5

All you have to do is be the first person to comment below or email us at mentioning what game you would want to be a part of. The first of you who do so will receive them. It is suggested that you get on this as early as possible, because we would never know when these two Dubai based teams would feature again at this level.

PS: We will contact you on how we will hand them over to you.
