In the second leg of the Capital One Cup Semifinal between Chelsea and Swansea City, the entire world got a glimpse of Eden Hazard’s talent off the ball and off the pitch.
The Belgique kicked a ball boy who wasn’t quick enough to do the job he was meant to do. It seemed like Hazard had gone mental as he landed a kick to the boy’s ribs as the boy tried to waste some time. (Gif below)
Of course, the boy was in the wrong for his action but Eden even more so. The midfielder, obviously, was ejected for the kick with 10 minutes remaining in the game while Chelsea were down 2 – 0 on aggregate.
It will be interesting to observe how his action will fare with the FA and whether if top management of Chelsea will find the need to discipline the talented midfielder.
