With the UAE pro league season scheduled to kick-off in a few weeks time, we thought we would make it easier for those who follow the league in terms of which foreigners are contracted with what club in the UAE for the upcoming tenure. Some of them are quite familiar, some of them – not.
Each club can only accomodate four foreigners in the entire squad. One of the four players should be an Asian, in line with the rules implemented by AFC. Now, we just have to wait and see how many of these international players get axed midway through the season. The league in the country tends to be notorious for that.
